Mohamed Boussalh
Mohamed Boussalh is the principal investigator at CERKAS, the Moroccan state agency for the conservation of architectural heritage in the Atlas and sub-Atlas zones. His work has anchored the institutional engagement at Kasbah Taourirt and, by extension, much of the major southern Moroccan heritage conservation activity of the past three decades.
Boussalh's published work spans the Conservation and Rehabilitation Plan for Taourirt, the technical documentation methodology developed in partnership with CIMS Carleton, and the broader question of how conservation methodologies developed at one site can be transferred across the regional corpus.
